Returns & Refunds

XO Wax Co. has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A complete refund of the product price will only be issued if the order meets the following requirements:

• The product was received within the last 30 days
• The product in its original packaging
• The product isn't used
• You have contacted us and received a return authorization number (RTA)

Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@xowax.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions

Some products cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, and personalized items. Please email hello@xowax.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
